Wireless Communications Network in Industry 

In the development and application requirements of Internet + industry and big data technology, the demand for data collection in industrial control field is increasing. WIRELESSNET has launched a wireless intelligent data acquisition system based on WIFI private wireless coordination, which adopts COFDM and MIMO hybrid coding, aims to provide more secure and anti-interference. 

To realise the formation of the device layer Internet of Things in the data acquisition layer, all kinds of operation data and status data of related equipment are connected to the large wireless control network, and the networked physical equipment system (CPS) is constructed, so that the production equipment can automatically exchange information, trigger action and implement control. It helps to speed up the perception, transmission and analysis of real-time production data information, accelerate the optimal allocation of related resources, improve production efficiency, reduce various failure rates, realize process virtualization and accident analysis data, thus providing data support for intelligent control. 

We installed this wireless intelligent data acquisition system (temperature and vibration measurement data acquisition system) in different size of the iron and steel factories in the recent 5 years. For expample, one of our clients requires the outdoor motor of disilicon normalization pickling product line. So far, our wireless system has been running on-line and its outdoor motor running status is monitored in real time.
